Hamlet $10,000 Rebate – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

We understand the importance of protecting the privacy of an individual's personal information. Hamlet Diggers Pty Ltd ABN 98 181 340 392 and its related entities (hereinafter: “we”, “us”, or “our”) are strongly committed to protect the privacy of your personal information, your rights in relation to your personal information managed by us and the way we collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information.
In handling your personal information, we are required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and its 13 Australian Privacy Principles.

2. To be eligible, the purchaser must:

• Enter into a Contract of Sale for an eligible lot at Hamlet Estate between October 20 2026 and December 31 2026 (inclusive) ("Promotional Period");
• Pay the full deposit in accordance with the Contract of Sale; and
• Proceed to settlement of the eligible lot in accordance with the Contract of Sale

3. Subject to eligibility, the purchaser will receive a $10,000 rebate (inclusive of GST, if any), which will be applied as a readjustment of the balance of the purchase price payable at settlement.

4. The rebate is not payable in cash or in any other form prior to, or independent of, settlement.

5. The purchase price stated in the Contract of Sale is the price before the rebate is applied. The deposit is calculated on the full purchase price stated in the Contract of Sale.

6. The purchaser must not be in default under the Contract of Sale at the time the rebate is applied.

7. The Promotion is available only on selected lots nominated by the Vendor at its absolute discretion. The Vendor may add or remove lots from the Promotion at any time without notice, and eligible lots are subject to availability.

8. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer, rebate, discount, referral incentive or promotional campaign unless otherwise approved in writing by the Vendor.

9. The rebate is limited to one claim per eligible Contract of Sale.

10. The rebate cannot be transferred, assigned, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

11. The Promotion does not apply to Contracts of Sale entered into before or after the Promotional Period, or to any variation, nomination or re-signing of an existing Contract of Sale.

12. If the Contract of Sale is terminated, rescinded, cancelled or otherwise fails to proceed to settlement for any reason, the purchaser forfeits any entitlement to the rebate.

13. The purchaser is responsible for obtaining their own independent legal, financial and taxation advice in relation to the rebate, including any requirement to disclose the rebate to their lender and any impact on stamp duty, government grants or concessions.

14. The Vendor reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion at any time.

15. The Vendor's decision regarding eligibility and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions is final.
